From the Director of Information Technology, Larry Hanks:
Dear Edwardsburg School Family and Community Members,
Welcome to the Edwardsburg Intermediate School web site. Our state of the art 4th and 5th grade school opened its doors during the 2001-02 school year. Since that time, we have been recognized by the Michigan Department of Education as a Blue Ribbon Exemplary School and Golden Apple Award recipient. We are pleased to introduce you to our school via our web page.
Edwardsburg Public Schools provides its constituents three elementary building configurations: Edwardsburg Primary (Pre K-1), Eagle Lake Elementary (Grades 2 & 3), and Edwardsburg Intermediate School (Grades 4 & 5). Each of these schools is designed to provide an optimal educational environment, with an approximate enrollment of 450 students at each of three elementary settings.
Edwardsburg Schools prides itself on being a District of Choice, as well as a District of Choices. At Edwardsburg Intermediate School, this results in parents being able to select from a variety of educational options to best meet their child's individual learning style.
If you are interested in further information pertaining to any of the programs highlighted on our web site, we encourage you to visit us in person. We are located in Southwestern Michigan two miles north of the Indiana state line and just fifteen minutes from the University of Notre Dame.
